I specialize in drafting, negotiating and facilitating real estate transactions and business contracts, and counseling and resolving any conflicts and disputes, helping my clients achieve their real estate and business goals. My clients include residential and commercial real estate buyers and sellers, small business owners, franchisees, entrepreneurs, real estate developers and investors, and lenders.

I have been practicing real estate transactions and business law for more than a decade now. During this time, I have successfully negotiated, drafted and facilitated hundreds of real estate transactions and business agreements protecting my clients’ legal rights and preserving their best interests. My experience has given me the ability to foresee and work out any potential impediments prior to them becoming full blown issues to ensure my clients’ real estate and business goals are achieved in a timely, efficient, and effective manner.

I give practical advice to simplify my clients’ real estate and business issues – not legalese to complicate them. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (BBA) from Georgia State University and Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from Mercer University. I am a member of Georgia Bar Association and American Bar Association.

Originally from Charleston, SC, I now live with my husband and our three young children in Buckhead, GA. I enjoy spending my free time biking, hiking, sightseeing and volunteering.
