I invest in privately held profitable small businesses and entrepreneurial ventures that need capital for growth, acquisitions, partner/shareholder buyouts, recapitalization, debt refinancing and more. In addition to capital, I provide management support, strategic guidance, and operational insights on an ad hoc basis to help them reach their business goals.

I am usually the sole investor in a deal but may sometimes take the role of lead investor in transactions and bring in limited partners as strategic co-investors in investment opportunities that require additional equity capital (>$5M) where our collective skills and experience can create value.

I have been a private investor specializing in small business and entrepreneurial investment for more than 5 years now with a successful track record in all stages of a typical private investment – sourcing, financing, maximizing value, and exiting. Prior to being an investor, I worked on many management positions in finance, operation and marketing with middle market companies in various service industries. This hands-on business experience coupled with financial savvy gives me the insight and ability to spot, secure, and nurture ideal investments.

I have a bachelor’s degree in business administration (BBA) in accounting from Georgia State University and master’s degree in business administration (MBA) in finance from Kennesaw State University. I am a Certified Merger & Acquisition Analyst (CM&AA) and a member of Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA).

I live in Roswell, GA with my wife Julie, our daughter Ashvi and son Param, and our dog Raja. If I am not at work, you can find me boating at Lake Lanier, attending Param’s soccer game, watching Ashvi practicing ballet, watching a Falcons or Bulldogs game, or volunteering at The Drake House.
