Buyers Representation: As your buyer’s representative, I make the process of property hunting much easier and more efficient than if you did it all yourself. I can help you determine your budget, guide you to local areas, prioritize a list of essential features that you need in your property, and help you get financing. I save you valuable time by finding the properties that best suit your requirements, and will show you only the most promising ones. Once you like a property, I look at comparable properties recently sold and currently for sale in the area to help determine a purchase offer. Then I negotiate on your behalf with the seller to make sure you get the most favorable terms, and help you order the proper inspections and negotiate repairs, if any, with the seller. Once the process of securing a home mortgage is under way, I coordinate with the mortgage company to deliver the documents they require and with the appraiser to get the appraisal done on time. It’s my job to look after your best interests, and I will do so at no cost to you as a buyer.

Sellers Representation: As your seller’s representative, first I perform a comparable market analysis of recently sold and currently for sale homes in your area to determine the most appropriate price for your property. Then I provide home staging advice and suggest landscaping changes and necessary repairs and upgrades that will help draw buyers in. I take professional quality images (and a virtual tour, if appropriate) of your home and advertise your home through a variety of methods, including my own search engine optimized website, other heavily-trafficked real estate websites (Trulia, Zillow, Redfin, etc.), local publications and online MLS listings. If needed, I arrange open houses and private showings. When it comes to negotiating a purchase offer, I make sure you get the best price the market will allow. I help you understand contract contingencies and details of the closing process, in addition to handling all the paperwork for you. Once a signed purchase contract is in place, I coordinate with various parties involved (title insurer, attorney, inspector, appraiser, repairer, buyer’s lender, etc.) to take it through to closing. Essentially, I am here to represent you throughout the entire selling process and to make sure your real estate transaction is a positive and profitable experience.

I am a native Atlantan who grew up in Lawrenceville, Georgia.  I graduated from Central Gwinnett High School and went on to receive my bachelor’s degree from North Georgia University.  After graduating from North Georgia I went to work in sales and marketing in the staffing industry for 15 years for the nations largest privately held staffing company.  I also worked as a corporate trainer and a regional manager in the industry. I am a licensed realtor in Georgia, and a member of the National Association of Realtors.
